It's a Wonderful Life - Radio Play: Nov 20, 2014

Our thanks to all who participated in this very successful fundraiser for Radio Harbor Country and Harbor Arts!!! Celebrating 70 years since the first publication of this beloved holiday story, Acorn Theater will present a staged reading of the original script of It’s a Wonderful Life directed by Arnie Saks, featuring Martha Cares as Mary, Bob Swan as Mr. Potter, and Darren Stephens as Clarence plus cameo appearances by members of the community. Proceeds from this event will support the Radio Harbor Country (WRHC) “Reach the Beach” campaign and the Harbor Arts project to support the Acorn Theater in Three Oaks, Michigan.

Show dates are Thursday, November 20th at 7:30 pm and Saturday, November 22nd at 8pm with radio broadcasts on WRHC to follow during Thanksgiving week. General Admission tickets are $15. On Saturday November 22nd, patrons have the option to attend a VIP pre-show reception at 6:30PM for $40, which includes small plates by Classic Catering and preferred seating. Reservations for the reception must be made in advance.
